My name is Shir Aizen, and I believe that every woman deserves to live free from pain and in true connection with her body.
I am a teacher of Feminine Yoga and Yoga Therapy, specializing in chronic pain healing through the TMS approach and emotional-conscious processes.
For the past decade, I have dedicated myself to a deep personal journey - healing from chronic pelvic pain, studying both science and spirituality, and accompanying women facing different challenges. As a B.Sc. graduate in Biology and a Mindfulness teacher, I bring a unique blend of East and West - combining scientific knowledge and body research with the holistic tools of yoga and consciousness work. This integrative approach creates a comprehensive and holistic process that allows women to release pain and rediscover freedom, connection, and confidence in their bodies.
Today, being free from chronic pain myself, I pass this precious knowledge on to other women. My method integrates feminine yoga, emotional work, and the release of patterns and beliefs rooted in the mind and expressed in the body.
