Women’s Yoga ~ Women’s Yoga Therapy ~ Guidance through fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum processes.
Doula and HypnoBirthing® childbirth preparation instructor.
For me, Women’s Yoga is an inner gateway, always open and available. As a child, teenager, and woman full of fire and emotion, the practice grounds me, cools my mind and body, and places me back in my center every single morning.
The roots strengthen, creating a deep sense of connection to the earth. Returning again and again to the depths of the pelvis—to the root chakra—brings tremendous healing, soothing, and empowering qualities. This is also what I witness with the women I meet and accompany.
I came to Women’s Yoga through a personal healing journey that made it clear I needed to heal my womb, which had been used to absorbing and holding so much. A chronic jaw inflammation and chronic pain in my pelvic area kept leading me back to treatment and to the need to transform patterns and perceptions I had been holding.
Women’s Yoga simply healed me. It deepened my voice, transformed my cycles, the quality of my blood, protected me, and strengthened me throughout two healthy pregnancies and relatively smooth and healthy births.
From these experiences, I chose to deepen my practice in yoga therapy for chronic pain and autoimmune conditions, with a focus on endometriosis. Later I also specialized in yoga for pregnancy and as a restorative tool after birth.
I also teach Aerial Yoga in the Unnata method—a path that stays true to the yoga tradition while exploring it through the amazing, supportive tool of the hammock. It allows us to deepen Women’s Yoga practice—reversing without spinal pressure, exploring grounding versus flight, control and confidence versus surrender, and more.
In addition, I am a doula and a HypnoBirthing® childbirth preparation instructor.
I work with and accompany women preparing for pregnancy, through fertility journeys, throughout pregnancy, before birth, during birth, and afterwards.
Through the tools I bring into the practice and guidance, I warmly invite you to meet, connect, and experience.
I offer one-on-one sessions, with personalized training plans (recorded and written).
For years I worked in my studio at Kibbutz HaGoshrim, and since the evacuation I have been living and working in Portugal, where I hold in-depth guidance processes and various online courses—both group practices and, mainly, individual ones.
I also travel to Israel twice a year to facilitate deepening workshops and one-on-one meetings.
The studio offers many workshops for women, for pregnant women, and for postpartum mothers.
