
Teacher of yoga for women and tantric yoga. By combining the two methods of yoga practice, I teach about listening to the body, observing the breath, striving to quiet the mind, the importance of maintaining reserves of movement, releasing the tensions and burdens of life that accumulate in the woman's physical body, as well as raising awareness of the energetic body, which contributes to the sense of balance and strengthens the immune system. The practice helps to cultivate a loving and compassionate attitude of the woman towards herself and supports her evolution throughout the various cycles of life.
